I have been practicing Pilates for over 10 years.
I was lucky enough to turn my passion into my professsion, and now I love to teach and share my knowledge and skill with other people.
I aim for my classes to always be fun, yet efficient and effective!!!
With layered levels of exercise, the practice caters for everyone, from complete beginner to those with experience.
Suitable for any age, gender and level of fitness. Pilates will not only strengthen your core, but correct poor posture, support your joints, improve flexibilty, mobility, stabilty. As well as enhance any sporting activity, or fitness/lifestyle goals. Building a stronger fondation from the inside out.
